weirdos..??!!!

hei,
i dont know la how i can understand my boss. he a weird kind of man that just give u half word. u know what i said...i meant that he will just give half instruction n then just go assuming we know what he want we to do. i still confuse about the work that he give to us. even his permanent workers still didnt understand about him. i m still in the office right know but my boss is ...i dont know how to say because i dont know where he is. well u know an officer must have a leadership qualities. if he goes to the some sort of reality game show like apperantice then he will be the first candidate to be fired. ok...i didnt mad with my bos but i hope i will have even better bos that know how to manage people.

i wonder how i will go throught in my industrial training for 5 mont in this office......
